She leverages her five years of social psychology research at Princeton, Harvard, and Cornell to create participatory art projects, workshops, and events that transform everyday moments into playful opportunities for meaningful reflection and connection.

Sophie is Artistic Director of Any One Thing, a global company based in Shoreditch, London, who produce world-class theatre in intimate settings volunteered by selected members of our community. Until recently, she was the Artistic Director of SoLar Productions, and as a freelance director she has worked at the National Theatre, Soho Theatre, and in the West End.
